Are you ready to workout? We don't mean exercise your body....well, maybe we do. We definitely mean for you to have a chance to exercise your mind and stretch your limits. These brief articles might get you thinking in a whole new way. They can help you develop clarity and release worries. And that is a good workout!

Death Worksheets

These worksheets go through the various work that needs to considered and done when someone dies. It may be useful for you to consider how you want things handled when you die. It may also be useful if you will be handing the myriad of details around someone else's death. Worksheet #1 offers a notification list. When someone dies, who do you contact? When? Worksheet #2 lays out the questions around a memorial or funeral service. Worksheet #3 explains the 10 simple social obligations. Worksheet #4 outlines the documents involved. Often when we look at a question from another angle the answer gets much clearer. Ever try to make a decision by tossing a coin. Before you toss the coin you think you can't decide. The coin lands. You may feel elated or disappointed at the answer it provides. When trying to make a decision, it can be very helpful to listen to your body as your try out the answers.

Say no to one option. How does that feel? Does the weight of your body sink lower? When you say yes, does your body seem to lift up?

Although it seems morbid, considering what happens after you die can be very life affirming. Many people report feeling more alive after acknowledging the inevitability of death. They experience some sort of wake-up call. They wake-up to the awareness that they are alive here and now. Therefore they have control over what happens between now and when they die. This workout is a fire drill for your legacy.
